Core Program Services
Single Dads United is a resource hub that equips single fathers with the support, tools, and connections they need to strengthen their families.
We believe: Stronger Dads create Stronger Families.
Investing in single fathers helps transform generations.
Single fathers are raising families under a lot of pressure often without the financial, emotional, or community support they deserve. Yet every day, they show up determined, resilient, and committed to giving their children a better life.
Across the United States, 7.2 million single dads are doing this work largely unseen. There is a need, but there’s also an opportunity. When we invest in single fathers, we’re not just supporting one parent we’re strengthening their family, stabilizing communities, and creating generational change.
Our services designed to strengthen families, promote father engagement, and remove barriers that prevent single fathers from achieving stability and long term success. Our services focus on emotional wellness, parenting support, legal empowerment, educational access, and connection to essential community resources.

The Dad Reset: Monthly Fatherhood Wellness Circle
This is a recurring virtual wellness and empowerment program designed to support the emotional, mental, and social well being of single fathers. This monthly gathering provides a consistent, grounding space where fathers can decompress, connect with peers, and access practical tools that strengthen their ability to parent effectively and maintain family stability.
We review the resources currently available through SDU, provide a dedicated space for fathers to check in and share their needs, discuss opportunities for involvement within the organization, and gather real time data to better understand what support fathers require.
